Olivia Anderson spent many childhood holidays snorkelling at Sodwana Bay and catching the bubbles of the divers below in her hands. But, the dream of joining the divers below would have to wait as she played professional cricket for the South Africa women’s national cricket team. In 2012, with her cricket years behind her, she finally completed her course, purchasing her first underwater rig not long afterwards. Since then, she has qualified as a PADI instructor and has led many photographic workshops in the Red Sea. Today, she is an award-winning photographer who specialises in underwater and surf imagery and spends hours with her camera in the water every day.
